I meant to share this with you yesterday, but gods, this looks good: Cauliflower & Gorgonzola Soup. Soup, Soup, Beautiful Soup! My recommendation is go with the soup at the restaurant, not the "lightened" version the author chose. And add a hell of a lot more cauliflower. Do you see any in the soup? It should be visible!

Why can't we seem to get rid of these bugs? They might be robotic insects. It gives a whole new meaning to the espionage term "bug." That fly in your soup may one day be telling some government about your secret plans to destroy their capitol.

As if we didn't already notice, global warming is here and accelerating faster than anyone expected. Corporate executives urge Bush to put a cap on carbon emissions, and the Seattle Times is a bit more specific on names and numbers. NPR notes that Bush's numbers in the polls at an all time low; over 50% are strongly opposed to Bush as president.

The BBC is working on a Kids World MMORPG, similar to Second Life, but without the same budget. Sounds like something I'll be adding to Ana's system in a few months time. Gods help us all!

Pfizer is being sued for Viagra ads, but not by the usual suspects. And if you're curious, you can find a number of Viagra ads here.

And [livejournal.com profile] craigp? Not Turkey. And if you're like me, and want to hear your news delivered by a pretty boy with a British accent, you can hear similar news at Reuters reported by Darcy Lambton. Unforutnately, a boy like that would get beaten up in school in the U.S. just for having that name. Something tells me that Darcy needs to be spanked ... frequently ... by a man in tight leather pants.
