What's odd to me is that so many doctors are still unwilling to accept that individuals have very different nutritional needs and tolerances. And it can take quite a bit of effort to figure out all the complexities. Each person must pay attention to their own body signals to determine what is best for them.
Even ants sense that each baby ant has different requirements and adjust their diets to suit their individual needs.
