I'll be taking Anastasia here soon, and in my search for its location, I discovered a bit about its history. I'm hoping that she will get the chance to learn more about her Native American heritage, though it is vague what tribes her ancestors came from, and that I will have the opportunity to meet a shaman and learn from him/her.

I wish I could afford to make a nice dinner tonight, but I overspent on our shopping trip this weekend, and though we have food to last us fairly well for the next two to three weeks, none of it is especially festive. All of the strawberries have been eaten, and we have little meat. ::sighs:: I should have thought to buy lamb and feta for tonight, or maybe some steak to be marinated in red wine. Ah well. Even chicken would be nice, but we may have to live with Boca burgers for now.
