Ok, so my politics may be liberal and my manners learned from socialites and punk goths alike, but my years spent in the South, certainly added a new dimension to my culinary cravings. I've never had gator, but someone who makes that, probably makes collard greens proplerly and ... did that article say banana pudding? *swoons* Nothing finer than banana pudding from scratch by a Southern cook, unless it's peach cobbler done right.
I know when Craig reads this, he's going to look at me funny (even if I'm not in the same room). But still, can't we be adventurous? I won't eat jellyfish, but I might try this. ^_^
