Probably because I'm working very hard not to shout "fuck motherfucking fuck ow ow ow fuck!" at work. Or anywhere else for that matter. I only screamed once yesterday, a choice I made because breathing through the pain wasn't doing it for me. Ana stayed clear of me for twenty minutes afterward. Poor poor.
