this is just too precious. i must have that kitten! perhaps he was a meercat in a former life?

It's part of his training (and that of the other animals owned by that person). This is part of the "gluteus" training in which the cats are taught to sit up on their bottoms when commanded. They also "sit" "come here" "right/left hand shake" and more! :)

That's a teacup kitten! ^_^
