I just went through my friends list and removed several people who no longer read my journal. If you're reading this, you're pretty much guaranteed to NOT* be one of them, unless you saw the "removed" notice and wondered what the heck happened. Basically, I have a lot of people on my f-list. It's fun reading them all (certainly there were good reasons for me to have added them in the first place), but if they're not interested in mutual friendship, I'm less inclined to keep 'em around. I have been blessed with getting to know many beautiful people here, and I'd rather have a smaller number of genuinely interested people sharing their thoughts with me than reading page after page of interesting, but uninterested individuals out there.

Thanks for those of you who still read my journal. I am grateful for you.

*EDIT: When writing important text about removing people from LJ, it's extremely necessary to NOT write when also cooking dinner, in case your language implies that all people reading this entry have been removed. This was not my intent, and um, I screwed up. The "NOT" just didn't make it into the first round. Sorry to have offended!
